Shipping & Returns

 

Within the UK:

Small orders of approximately 1Kg in weight are normally sent by Royal Mail. A courier service can be used if a customer requests and pays for this extra service.

Orders weighing more than 1Kg are normally sent out by courier, such as DPD, Acclaim, Interlink, etc. This is normally a next day delivery service, but this can not always be guaranteed.

Within mainland Europe:

All orders are normally sent by Royal Mail with a delivery time generally varying from 3 to 5 days.

Outside mainland Europe, e.g. USA, Australia, etc.

All orders are normally sent by Royal Mail with a delivery time generally varying from 3 to 10 days.

Upgrading delivery service:

Customers may request an upgrade to any courier service they wish, but this would be at their own cost and at their own risk.

RETURNS

Faulty goods. These may be returned within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement. They must be in their original condition and must not have been worn.

Customised goods. We can not accept the return of customised goods i.e. goods that have been personalised with a name, design, logo, etc.

Event and design printed/embroidered goods. At our discretion, and normally within 7 days of receipt, we will replace these type of goods due to size problems etc. These goods must be in their original condition and must not have been worn.
